To extend life, we offer flags and banners made from durable, professional grade nylon and polyester that utilize stitching designed to reduce tearing and fraying. These materials, combined with fade resistant dyes for bright sunny applications, make these flags and banners ideal even in the toughest of environments.

Construction components include:
​Nylon - U.S., Minnesota, as well as other flags and banners, are made of 100 percent heavyweight 200-denier nylon. Our nylon works well for both indoor and outdoor applications. The material is fast drying and flies in the slightest breeze.​​

Polyester - U.S. flags made of 2-ply 100 percent polyester reduce wind resistance and increase life. The polyester is extremely durable and ideal for outdoor and heavy wind applications.​

Cotton - Flags made of durable, fade resistant cotton are available.

Stars - The stars on nylon and polyester U.S. flags are either embroidered (flags 12' x 18' or smaller) or are opaque white nylon stars with zigzag stitching (flags 15' x 25' or larger).

Stitching - Flags are reinforced with 4 rows of fly end lock stitching. Flag's top and bottoms are reinforced with 3-1/2 inch hem stitching.

Header & Grommets - Flag headers are made of 1-1/2 inch heavy-duty cotton polyester cloth with embedded brass gromments for enhanced durability.​
